Boathouse Retreat

Right at the water’s edge, this boathouse rooftop was already the best seat on the property, it just needed a fresh start. We gave it a clean, modern refresh that lets the view take center stage, with a stairway that winds down through the gardens to meet it. From morning coffee to evenings under the lights, it’s become the place everyone gathers.
