Lakeshore Customs is looking for individuals experienced in construction to join our team. Our crews design and build high-quality decks, stairs, and custom waterfront features that bring our clients’ outdoor spaces to life.

Responsibilities & Duties
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- The construction of decks, stairs, and custom outdoor projects
- Assistance with inventory, equipment care and repairs, and job preparation
- Working collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on time
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient job site
- Being willing to work overtime during busy seasons
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for individuals with:
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or deck building
- Ability to read plans, take measurements, and problem-solve on-site
- Familiarity with power tools such as sawzalls, circular saws, impact drills, etc.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Job Type
- Full-time (40-60 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- No weekends
- Skilled, manual labor
Pay
- Overtime pay of time and a half

Requirements
- Work alongside your team to lead by example
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to follow basic directions
- Ability to clearly communicate when issues arise
- Willingness to function as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with low/no points
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated job location
- Ability to work in adverse conditions
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to utilize electronic devices such as a smartphone, tablet, and computer
- Ability to drive and safely operate a heavy-duty pickup truck with an enclosed trailer
- Ability to navigate based on GPS or printed map
