Our Work:
The original structure was outdated and failing. The new homeowners were looking for a low-maintenance product that wouldn’t require attention during the few weekends they spend at the property.
The frame of this deck was in great shape, but the decking and railing were failing.
The customer was looking for easier maintenance while also achieving long-lasting function. Aesthetics were also very important in order to stay consistent with the look and feel of the cottage.
The homeowner desired greater functionality, improved aesthetics, an improved view of the lake, increased lifetime usability, and low maintenance.
The old deck needed to be torn out and rebuilt in the existing footprint.
