Everything was failing, outdated, and in need of a refresh. Having an easy-to-maintain and aesthetically pleasing patio was very important to this family, as the home has been passed down from generation to generation.
The homeowners wanted a dedicated space at the crest of the bluff where they could comfortably host small gatherings and enjoy the sunset.
