Beachside Escape Patio
This hardscape patio was created where an old ground-level deck used to be. The upper deck off of the house is scheduled to be completed in September.
Everything was failing, outdated, and in need of a refresh. Having an easy-to-maintain and aesthetically pleasing patio was very important to this family, as the home has been passed down from generation to generation. They desired lifetime products and features that could grow with their family for the future.
The lower hardscape patio area provides a refreshed space while remaining cost-effective.

Instead of building a ground-level deck, the project was switched to a hardscape patio, which provided a more cost-effective solution while enhancing the property with a unique look and aesthetic.
