The scope of work for this project involved the installation of aluminum stairs to provide access to Lake Michigan’s beachfront.
A beautiful modern barndominium had been constructed, and the homeowners wanted to complete the property with convenient beach access. Since the property was going to be listed for sale as soon as the stairs and landings were installed, the solution needed to be both functional and visually appealing.

The stairs provide reliable functionality while enhancing the overall look of the property. To complement the home’s color palette, the aluminum framing was powder-coated, creating a cohesive and attractive finish.
