Remove old wooden stair system and rebuild.
The previous stair system was old and rotting, so it needed to be replaced for the vacation rental residents to be able to get to the beach safely.
We created a new, comfortable access point to the beach with our custom stairs and added TimberTech Azek PVC Decking.
This upgrade not only met their aesthetic goals and eliminated the struggle of walking on hot decking, but will be a low-maintenance asset that will last for decades to come.
Custom bench features for convenient viewing areas and also our “hybrid” recommendation of swapping the top cap of the railing for PVC decking.
